Thomas Kenney is the founder and principal attorney at Kenney Family Law. He is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in family law. His practice concentrates on family law litigation. He has extensive experience advocating for clients with complex financial issues, including those arising from executive compensation structures, valuation of businesses and professional practices, and the characterization and division of marital assets. Thomas’ trial experience also includes litigating complicated spousal and child support matters, breaches of fiduciary duties between spouses, child custody, domestic violence, and reproductive rights issues.
